Ingredients
2 packs of Topfood garlic cheese threads
100 g smoked ham
4 sheets of puff pastry
1 egg
Sesame seeds for decoration
Preparation
- Defrost the sheets of puff pastry, stack them one on top of the other and roll them out into the thinnest possible square-shaped sheet of dough.
- Arrange the filling on top of the dough – cheese, then meat, then cover everything with cheese again. Place the filling so that there is about 3 cm from the edges.
- Fold the opposite corners of the dough square together in pairs and press the joints together.
- Brush the dough with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame. Bake the hažapuri in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
